We are getting no DHCP address to the SEGbox when connected to our router, have tried everything. When we hit discover it does not find the box. We have it connected to the Wan port and then to the router for the internet. Any ideas?

Hey Latetone,

I suspect this is because your SEGbox needs to be connected to a wireless internet network.  Check this out to configure your network details:

Hi Sam,

Tis all going downhill, we changed some settings in the box and now can't seem to access it via the IP addresses in your guide. Do you have firmware so we can reflash the unit for ethernet? Thanks.
