How is the load factor calculated in the SEG website? What data is used to determine this value? Also, is there a FAQ for this web site you can point me to, to learn all of the feature sets of the SEG site? As always, thank you for your continued support and guidance. Teken . . .

Hey Teken,

Most of the concepts are google able ;)  load factor is a measure of the peakyness of a load, I.e. lots of spikes - low, steady - high. 

Wikipedia calls it a capacity factor http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capacity_factor
