Is there a planned maintenance window in SEG? As I have received notifications that at aprox 1-2:00 AM my system is not able to push data to the SEG network. I have confirmed there is no network faults via system logs. There is no interruption via the LAN / WAN during these events. I will also send a message to Brutltech and inquire if the GEM may be doing this as well. FYI: There was a bad firmware release I was on. I have since reverted back to the known good firmware and it has been working like a champ for quiet sometime with out fault. Insight Teken . . .

Hey Tekken,

There were a couple of system issues that lead to some unplanned downtime over the weekend :(

at the moment all seems to be good again.

Thanks,

Sam.

Sam, Is there a method to reseed the missing hours of data to the SEG? As always thank you for the insight and continued stellar support. Teken . . .

Thanks Tekken!

Yes, indeed!

Just send them again, upload via file in the exchange tab of the stream, or insert them manually on the data tab of the stream.

the aggregations will pick up when your stream is re-aggregated.
