Hello Sam,

Since enrolling into SEG the monthly totals for the *My Energy, Stacked Up* & *Break Down* widget does not reset. I assume this applies to the quarter, yearly totals as well.

I know a few months back you fixed something in the same widget for the daily total which seems to work. But, that same fix doesn't seem to have carried forward into the other tabs.

Could you take a look and see why this is and help me update those totals?

As always I thank you so very much for your insight and support.

Hey Sam,

I know you indicated some of the robots had to be reset. Can you see if they have been reset for all widgets?

As the weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc still are not correct.

...strange.

I will need to look into this.  BTW, have you done a recalculate on one of the offending streams?

Also, after this if you could email me some specifics to sam at this domain that would be great!

Thanks,

Sam @samotage

Hello Sam,

My apologies for the tardy reply!

I will perform a recalc on the streams but don't believe that will solve the issue at hand. If you take a look at my *My Energy Stacked Up* widgets the monthly totals have not reset and appear to either carry over or add?

On October 1st I could see that the (example) my solar monthly total was still XX.X KWH when it should have been zero.

Any insight and a quick look would be great.

Have a great week end and kick back a few cold one's for me!

One thing that may answer, is that monthly totals are rolling - so at October 1, this will be the month prior until this date.

Let me know if this helps!

Sam, @samotage.

Really? Why is it set up this way? Ist this behaviour also applied to the quarterly, yearly, lifetime totals?

I ask because none of the totals match what I have on my Dash Box.

Because that is what makes sense, to me at least ;)

On the comparisions, quarterly is the sane quarter last year - for seasonality.

For the others, the quarter is the prior quarter.

Yearly is the last year.

Lifetime is all the data available in SEG.

I don't have a Dash Box ;) so I can't comment on how those rules have been determined...
